How to Send Revised Changes via RFQs to Subs (Procore Web)

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Change Events tool and select the change event.
  2. Under the Cost tab, Select the RFQ that needs to be revised

If the RFQ status is Closed.

  1. Edit the RFQ and change the status to "Revise and Resubmit".

  1. Upload the revised change.

  1. Select "Save & Send RFQ".

If the RFQ status is Under Review.

  1. Select Revise and Resubmit.

  2. Upload the revised change and Select "Update & Post Response"
