How to Upload a Sketch and Link it to a Drawing (Procore Web)

Objective

To upload a sketch to a drawing.

Steps

1. Navigate to your project's Drawings tool.

2. Click Info next to the drawing you want to add a sketch to.

   

3. Click Add Sketch.

4. Enter the following information:
5. Note: Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

   • Number*: Specify a number for the sketch.

     Note: Sketch numbers must be unique per drawing.

   • Date*: Select a date that will be associated with the sketch.
   • Name*: Enter a name for the sketch.
   • Description: Enter a description for the sketch.

   • File*: Attach a file from your computer or from the project's Documents tool.

     Note: You can only upload a single file.

6. Click Create.

7. Click Open in viewer / Markup.
8. Click Markup.
9. Add blue Cloud around the area/ section.
10. Select the markup. Click the pin option then Sketch.

11. Type the sketch name and select it.

12. Click Publish.
