How to Create a Daily Log (Procore Web)

Steps

Select a Project from the dropdown


Select "Daily Log" under Project Management.

 

This page is what we see first when creating Daily Log and automatically logs a current date.

If being separately filled for a previous date, this must be backdated to correct date of the form.


Under Weather: Change the time weather observed from the dropdown / Sky / Temperature / Put in average temperature and precipitation / Wind / Ground – Sea / Comments – add if needed / Attachments – attach if needed – click CREATE. Under Delays (this is used for LOST DAYS DUE TO WATHER): fill in all related fields – click CREATE. Under Manpower: Select company from the dropdown / Workers / Hours / Location / Comments / Attachments – attach if needed – click CREATE. Under Notes: Use this field for additional notes as needed – click CREATE. If no information entered, move on following field. – CREATE. Under Visitors: Use this field for visitor’s information as needed. Log in all visitors – click CREATE.

To Close off the day, check off the box at the bottom left hand side and click Complete Only. Make sure that all information entered is accurate, once form is closed, it can not be edited (legal issue).



To copy Daily Log, click on COPY, selected a date you want to copy from and information you want to copy over to your new Log.
