How to Create a Field Work Order (Procore Web)

Steps
Select a Project from the dropdown.
Select Field Work Order under Custom Tools.
To Create a new FWO click on +Create.
To filter by status, click on the dropdown Status.
Complete the following: Title (e.g. Backcharge to (Subtrade e.g. Pipe All) for Extra Multitech install Pipe – CE Number) / Date (date of work completed) / Due Date (How long this FWO need to be addressed (usually one week)) / Counter Prefix ((left blank)(to track on going work, used if needed. For example, a month of ongoing change)) / In Account With (trade) / Includes the Following (should include email that’s sent to subs, T&Ms, Pictures).
Description (explain in detail the reason for opening a FWO, how and what happened) / Assigned to (project manager and/or coordinator).
Complete the following for Labour: Name/trade(Buttcon labour) / Description (additional details) / Hours.
Complete all the fields required and relevant for both Equipment (Buttcon equipment) and Material (Button Material).
Add any attachments needed in the Attachments. Note that attachments will not be shown on following page when sending an email but will be included, no need to attach again.
Click on Save and Forward Via Email (or other two options available).
Select E-mail (email will not be sent to the assignee if this option is not selected)
Add To and CC then Select Send
