How to Update Record of Rental (ROR) Sheet (Procore Drive)

Steps
Open Procore Drive on your desktop. Use same log in as for Procore web.
Select a Project from the dropdown. Click on latest version of Record of Rental Form then Open.
DO NOT CLICK ON DELETE. LET ADMINISTRATOR KNOW IF YOU DO.
All fields on excel form are mandatory to complete except for Date Picked Up which may be entered at a later date.
Date last modified MUST be changed every week when form is updated.
Project # / Project Name / Site Superintendent / Supplier/ Equipment Item – rental item / Contract # / Date on Rent / Date Called off Rent /Allocation / Notes – notes or comments.
Close updated form.
Use Comments if necessary, otherwise click on Submit to save updated Form.
Every week’s completed form will have File history with a Date and Time stamp, as well as user information who made the changes. Always open the latest version to work on.
ALL CHANGES MADE IN PROCORE DRIVE WILL BE REFLECTED ON PROCORE WEB.
