How to Create a Deficiency List (Procore App)

PCs - Deficiencies from consultants reports

Steps

Select the “+” icon then select Manual Input or Quick Capture

Title , # -, Deficiency Item Manager, Assigned To, Date Due, Final Approver, Distribution, Schedule Impact, Cost Impact, Description, specs, attachments (photos and reports).

Create deficiencies using the drawings tool

Go to the drawings tool

Select Pin then deficiencies

Tab a location where deficiencies need to be added
Select Create Deficiency

Select a category or continue without template

Note: categories can be customized at the project or company level

Take a photo, add files, select approval manager, assignees, distribution, add location, type, Priority, add description
Select Create

Once a deficiency is created, you can edit

How to close a deficiencies list

If the item ready to be closed, select Close

If the work performed doesn’t meet the project requirement, tab the assignee section then tab work not accepted
This option will send back the deficiency and place in the assignee’s court.
