BCL Head Office Meeting Room Booking

  1. Open your Calendar and select New Meeting or New Teams Meeting
  2. Press the Location button

  1. Select the meeting room you wish to book and press the Rooms button to add it to the meeting. Then press OK.

  1. The meeting room will be added as a required attendee as well as appear in the location field.

  1. Add all the attendees to the meeting and the select Scheduling Assistant.

  1. Use the blue bars to select a meeting time where all the attendees and the room are available, and then press send to complete the meeting setup.

Alternative: Find an Available Room for a specific Time

  1. If you already have an arranged meeting time and you would like to find an available room you can use the “Room Finder”

  1. Select BCL – Office as the building and you will see a list of all the meeting rooms and their availability at that time. Then just click the name of the meeting room you would like to book and proceed with inviting the rest of the attendees.
